VibeAudit

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Who we are

VibeAudit (“the Service”, “we”) is a one-shot application security audit service operated by [Seller legal name], located at [Address]. Contact: [email protected].

2. The Service

VibeAudit provides a one-shot security audit of a software repository you submit, delivered as a written report (digital service). It includes secret leak detection, vulnerability pattern scanning, and human review of findings. VibeAudit is a digital service only — no physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. Merchant of record

Payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle.com is the reseller of the VibeAudit service and processes your payment, invoice, and any applicable taxes. Your charge will appear from Paddle.com. Refunds are also processed through Paddle — see our Refund Policy.

4. Ordering and pricing

  • The current price for a single audit is stated on the landing page. It is a one-time payment per project — no subscription, no auto-renewal.
  • An order is confirmed after you submit the request form and receive a scope confirmation, and payment is completed through the Paddle checkout.
  • We may decline a request (for example, repositories outside our scope) before payment; in that case no charge is made.

5. Delivery

The audit report is delivered to the email address you provide within the delivery window stated on the landing page (currently 72 hours from scope confirmation). Delivery is complete when the report is sent to that address.

6. What the audit is — and is not

  • The audit is a best-effort, point-in-time review of the repository snapshot you submit. It does not guarantee detection of every vulnerability or secret.
  • The report is advisory. You remain responsible for applying fixes and for the security of your application.
  • You confirm you own the repository or have permission to have it audited.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeAudit and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from undetected issues or from actions you take based on the report. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law jurisdiction].

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
